We are sending a team to Boston March 26th - 28th to compete in the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - Battle for PAX $10,000 Championship Finals!
Sloppy, Rage, Ranger, DocGolem, Akane and UberDuberSoldat succeeded in getting into the final four, out of 64 teams who participated in the Online Bad Company 2 Tournament "Battle for PAX".
Teams paired off in fours during the tournament, in a 4v4v4v4 Squad Team Deathmatch format which is new to this iteration of Battlefield. Facing great competition along the way, we have seeded 4th going into the final LAN tournament. Team HOT took 1st seed, The Doctors took 2nd, and Massive Unit took the 3rd seed. The four teams will join others that will play at the LAN for a $10,000 prize package.
All four teams will have the chance to battle for the $6,000 grand prize, $3,000 runner up prize or $1,000 for a bronze medal. For placing into the top 4 Nvidia is graciously giving us free airfare to travel to the event along with free passes for the LAN
